We have introduced improved technologies for achieving the Tomflon® fraction with average partical size of aproximetly 1 micron, as well as for reducing the average bulk density of the powder from 250 g/l to 220 g/l. This improvements included modifying the jet mill and instolling two additional cyclones to collect the finest powder fractions. We have also improved the air purity in the working environment to 99.9% by the introduction of ae extra air dehumidifier in the pressed air system.
