As part of Import Substitution Program, in the 4-th quarter of 2014 we put into operation a new pilot-plant equipment for production of complex synthetic lubricants. All equipment was manufactured from food grade stainless steel using state-of-the-art Russian and foreign technology. This installation will make it possible to produce a wide range of not-yet-existing in Russia consistent lubricants. This will reduce the dependence of Russian industry on foreign producers.
